Lance Coffey is the Owner of Coffey Real Estate, Auction and Insurance. He is a Broker, Auctioneer and Insurance Agent, with over 20 years in business. In 1996, he was the Oklahoma State Reserve Champion Auctioneer. He is an overachiever, receiving Honorary Chapter FFA Degrees from various chapters, the Honorary State FFA degree of Oklahoma, and performs auctions for numerous FFA Chapters, various charities and fundraisers in the community. He is a member of the Hinton Kiwanis club and currently serves as President. He is on that organization’s board of directors. Coffey is past President of the Caddo County Fair Board. He is a Past Master of Hinton A.F. and A.M. Lodge #313.  His past accomplishments include an Associate’s Degree in Science from Connors State University where he was a member of the Livestock Judging Team. He also attended Oklahoma State University where he was a member of the Horse Judging Team. Coffey is a former member of the Oklahoma Officials Association and has officiated All-State, Regional and State Championship Wrestling Matches and Tournaments for over 20 years. He has been the Hinton High School assistant wrestling coach. He and his wife, Carrie live west of Hinton on the family ranch where he also manages the family's cattle operation. They share their time with kids, Landon and wife Bree, grandson Lowden and granddaughter Luka.
Terrell Coffey is a Broker and an Auctioneer with over 35 years in business.  He is a graduate of the National College of Business.  He is a graduate of the Fort Smith Auction School and the Dale Carnegie Course.  He is a Past Master of Hinton A.F. and A.M. Lodge #313. He has sat on many boards and committees such as, Past President of the Oklahoma Peanut Growers Association, the National Peanut Growers Board, Southwest Peanut Growers, Past President of the Hinton Kiwanis Club, Past President of the Hinton Public School Board and the Past Vice President of the Caddo County Fair Board.  He currently serves on the board of the International Professional Rodeo Association.  Along with his son Lance, Terrell operates the Coffey 7C Ranch.  Over the years, Terrell has conducted real estate, farm, commercial, estate, oil field, livestock and fund-raising auctions in many states.  Terrell is also a professional rodeo announcer in his spare time.  He announced a ranch rodeo at the Lazy E Arena for the Oklahoma Auctioneer's Association hosting the National Auctioneer Association in Guthrie, OK, as well as many other rodeos across the nation.  Terrell enjoys rodeo, hunting, fishing, RVing and participating in competition BBQ.  He enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
